I – Intellectual Influence for Inspiration
Students should find a company of influential people with a positive outlook staying in the company of the ones who are on the same mission keeps them motivated.
Staying in the company of negative people tends to create a negative attitude in the students also.
M – Mediation for better focus
We start our lectures with a 10-minute mediation session. There are several benefits of meditation. It helps in
- Reducing stress
- Controls anxiety
- Promotes emotional health
- Helps to focus better
- Improves brain functioning
- Improves memory
- Improves sleep
P – Plan your daily study activities
We provide students with Planner diaries and guide them to plan their weekly studies and daily studies. These planner diaries are then checked daily in the class. Parents should also check the planner diaries of their word at the end of the day to cross-check whether the student is doing what was planned for the day.
If the students plan their study activities properly, they will be able to manage their time for homework as well as for self-study. It will help them to move forward in an organized manner towards their target.
R – Reading self-help books for good habits
We encourage students to read self-help books for 10 – 15 minutes per day. It may help them many ways
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â It changes them to take actions and execute their plan.
*Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Their perspective towards life change as they observe life from a different angle.
O – Oath for your Goal
We guide the students to take an oath for achieving their goal. (Goal should be clear before taking an oath).
This oath should be recorded in their own voice on their smartphones. During the class, they should listen to their oath daily after mediation.
V – Visualisation of your personal goal
While/after listening to their oath, students should visualise their goal – the process of achieving it, the moment of achieving it.
They may get some positive visualisations along with the same negative visualisations. Positive ones will boost their confidence and negative ones will help them prepare for the worst.
E – Exercise for Real Wealth (Health)
We motivate students to include at least 30 minutes of physical activity in their schedule at least 3 – 4 times a week. This improves their overall health. It helps them feel better with more energy, a better mood and helps sleep better.
